Kaizer Chiefs will not be extending Ranga Chivaviro’s contract when it expires at the end of the month, the club has announced.
The Limpopo-born attacker joined Amakhosi from Marumo Gallants in the 2023/24 season on a two-year deal. He scored nine goals and provided one assist in 45 official matches wearing Chiefs colours over two seasons.
Amakhosi have also announced the departure of defender Edmilson Dove, whose contract also ends at the of June.
The Mozambican international, joined Amakhosi in August 2022,and in the three seasons he has been with Amakhosi, he has played a total of 56 official matches, showcasing his talent and dedication on the field as a left-back and a centre-back.
Mduduzi Mdantsane will also be leaving Naturena.
The 30-year-old player joined Amakhosi from Cape Town City at the beginning of the 2023/24 season. He spent the last part of the 2024/25 Betway Premiership season on loan at Richards Bay FC. During his time with Chiefs, Mdantsane made 16 appearances across all competitions.
