AmaZulu FC were on Saturday crowned the Prince Mangosuthu Legacy Cup champions after they defeated Richards Bay FC 4-2 on penalties at Ulundi Stadium in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday, and coach Brandon Truter says the tournament was good for his club.

Coach Truter says that this preseason tournament gave him and his side an opportunity to look at different combinations of the team.

“I am happy that we played two games and that most of the players played for 90 minutes. Though it is for the first time that the team won this cup it served as a confidence booster going into the Premier donde comprar esteroides Cup this coming weekend,” Truter says.

Truter adds that this game came just few days after their training camp in Polokwane, and  while there may have been some fatigue amongst the players during the first game, they improved in the second game against Richards Bay United.

Meanwhile, Richards Bay are preparing to make their maiden appearance in the DStv Premiership, their first match will see them travel to the Princess Magogo Stadium on Saturday, the 06th of August to face Golden Arrows.
