With the DStv Premiership season just finished teams will be busy looking to beef up their squads and that will see players coming in from different directions heading to the different Premier Soccer League teams, and one player who has already attracted interest in the PSL is 27 year old Ugandan striker Yunus Sentamu.
Sentamu plays for Vipers SC and he has been doing well in the Ugandan league and he is also in the national team set up.
News reaching Footballive is that a KZN based PSL side is interested in the player though is agent Mr Santos could not really mention which team it is. Santos said they were waiting for the offer from the team first before they can divulge more information about which team it is.
“Yes it’s true there are teams interested in Yunus and one of the teams is in South Africa but for now I can’t mention the name of the team because that would disturb everything concerning the move. But once everything is officially sorted out then I will call you and let you know which team it is. But yes there in interest in the player from a South African PSL team, ” Santos concluded.
