DanUp South Africa, one of Danone’s top brands, closed off the month of May with one-of-a-kind morning fitness and exercise when they hosted what they call a “DanUp Boost Camp” on Saturday at Soweto’s Maponya Mall.

The month of May is known as a National Fitness month and much-loved energizing drink made sure they get Soweto stepping into fitness in a cordoned off zone of the mall.

The Boost Camp kicked off with the media launch of DanUp’s latest addition, called DanUp Boost, a multi grain and yoghurt blend, which DanUp says it is aimed at keeping consumers fuller for longer. The DanUp Boost comes in two flavours, the original and berry.

Guest in attendance, which included media, Danone executives, actor Clement Maosa and dancer Bontle Modiselle, were treated to some tasters at the glitzy do put together by the renowned M-Sports Marketing.

Modiselle brought her fun and bubbly self as the master of ceremonies for the day.

The launch also saw recently appointed DanUp ambassador, Lukhanyo AM attend the event, also joining the Boost Camp which was led by Modiselle. Lukhanyo, who hails from King Williams Town, is a rugby player and he plays for the national team and the Cell C Sharks.

The drink is expected to hit the shelves this month of June.
