Mamelodi Sundowns have opted not to exercise their option to extend the contract of their midfielder George Maluleka, yesterday, Sundowns confirmed that they had parted ways with midfielder George Maluleka.
The 33-year-old made the controversial move between title rivals at the time, Kaizer Chiefs to Sundowns back in 2020. Maluleka went on to make 19 appearances since his arrival back in July 2020.
“A Champion on and off the pitch! Thank you for your service to the club ‘Mido’ and we wish you all the best,” the club said on their twitter account.
