Thembinkosi Lorch has joined Mamelodi Sundowns, the news was confirmed by his now former club Orlando Pirates Football in a short statement on Friday.
Lorch, who has always been a fan-favourite at the Buccaneers, joins the Tshwane-based outfit with immediate effect, although details of his deal are yet to be made public. 
“Thembinkosi Lorch is to leave Orlando Pirates Football Club after a discussion between the Chairman Dr. Irvin Khoza and the Mamelodi Sundowns hierarchy. The Club thanks “Nyoso” for his immense contribution by adding another page in the history of the Club. We wish him and his family well in his future sporting pursuit,” read the statement released by Pirates.
