DSTV Premiership defending champions, Mamelodi Sundowns, have recorded their fourth successive win in the new season, this time Chippa United falling victims to the Chloorkop based outfit. Sundowns beat the Chilli Boys 2-0 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday evening.
With a little over a handful of games played so far, Masandawana have secured a five-point lead and are on top of the league log.

A goal from Aubrey Modiba and an own goal from Justice Chabalala secured the win for Rulani Mokwena’s charges, setting them on the way to possibly defend their title- and make it seven league titles in a row- although maybe still too early to say.
Meanwhile, Chippa fall to the 12th position in the Premiership league log, a position outspoken coach Morgan Mammila will not appreciate.
