Kaizer Chiefs have announced that Khama Billiat has gone missing from training. In a statement released on Saturday, Chiefs said Billiat was last seen at their headquarters in Naturena on the 29th of June, a day before his contract expired.
The club further said that the attacking midfielder was offered a new offer to ensure he stays with the club, but the Zimbabwean national is yet to respond to the offer or join his teammates for training. He is said to not be responding to calls and attempts to contact him.
The team is currently in camp with all the players, yet Billiat, who is also expected to be there with his teammates, failed to show up and is currently nowhere to be found.
