SuperSport United continued their good run in the DStv Premiership on Friday evening when they beat Sekhukhune United 3-1 at the Lucas Master Piece Moripe Stadium in Pretoria, and Sekhukhune coach Kaitano Tembo is not happy about his side’s start.

In his post match interview coach Tembo said that his club’s loss was due to his club not starting the match well.

“Look we didn’t have a good start. First half we were very slow, second to the ball. As I mentioned before the game that we needed to have a good start, we didn’t deal with the set plays and you see there three goals came from set plays. So if you can defend better in set plays then you have a better chance against them, but we didn’t do that.

“Second half I thought we were much better, we changed and we got a goal and it was from a set play as well. Long throw in and in the box we don’t clear and they score. But I thought in second half we were much better when we brought in Wonderboy Makhubu as well as Thami Masiya and Pogiso Mahlangu. I thought they gave us more energy going forward,” he said.

Sekhukhune travel to Sugar Ray Xulu for their next game, where they will play Chippa United. They are currently 13th on the League Log with 10 points.
