Orlando Pirates will have a tough time when they face MTN8 defending Champions Mamelodi Sundowns in the upcoming semifinals following the draw which was conducted on Monday. Pirates Coach Jose Riveiro has said that it’s going to be an interesting duel.
“What can I say. It’s going to be an interesting duel. Still I think it will be one month between before we play the first game so it’s difficult to estimate how good the teams are going to be at that moment. The moment of fitness and confidence and other stuff but basically I think it’s going to be attractive matches for fans. Plenty of emotions with two good teams and full of quality players side to side and probably its going to be decided in the second game,” he said.
The Spaniard also added that he was hoping for plenty of goals.
“So my prediction is that it’s going to be an equal games and hopeful plenty of goals and emotions and we are very motivated to go until the end in this competition and in the finals you can expect a good opponent and we ready to be in a good level at that time, ” Riveiro added.
