Newly signed SuperSport United goalkeeper Ricardo Goss has said that he wants to see Matsatsanza a Pitori fight for some silverware in the coming season. Goss, who joined United from cross town rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, pointed out that  he was pleased to reunite with his former coach, Gavin Hunt and some players.

“It’s easy to blend in at SuperSport United because I know the coach and what kind of football he wants us to play; also there are my former team mates here too, this has made it very easy for me to settle,” he said.

Goss added that the support he was been receiving from United’s  other two goalkeepers George Chigova and Boalefa Pule has helped him settle in.

“They are both experienced goalkeepers and they welcomed me very well. They have been supportive during the few days I have been here and during the friendly games. I was happy when coach Hunt wanted me to join him here because I want to fight for more game time and also win silverware and fight for the league title with the team. I am happy that I am here, “, he concluded.

Meanwhile he urged Matsatsanza supporters to rally behind the team in the up coming season as the team is ready to fight for trophies.
