News reaching Footballive is that three DStv Premiership teams are interested in DRC player Zachari Mombo Lusala. The Kinshasa player, who is 29 years old and can play as a winger or striker, has attracted interest from AmaZulu, SuperSport United and Cape Town City.
Mombo is well known for his dribbling skills, speed and scoring abilities. According to his agent Jorge Abong of Rojo Sports the player is currently a free agent and he has won so many trophies in club and national team. In 2013 he scored 12 goals in the league with FC MK and that made him the revelation player of the season, 2015 second participation in CAF scoring 9 goals.
The year 2016 saw Mombo be a winner of CHAN with the Democratic Republic of Congo in Rwanda, 2018 won the Vodacom league 1 with As vita club before joining Nkana FC where he also won the league and was amongst the top best players of the league.
“He is a very great player and he would be a great revelation to the DStv Premiership. I can’t divulge the names of the teams right now but I can assure you that there are three teams interested in him. He has a great goal scoring record and if he is signed by whichever team he will be a good signing. We will talk more when everything is done but for now I can confirm to you that there are interested teams who want to have a look at the striker, ” Abong concluded.
